Nutuk; It is the speech of Mustafa Kemal Atatürk summarizing the activities of Mustafa Kemal and his comrades in arms at the congress, which was attended by local and foreign press members, on 15 - 20 October 1927. Atatürk spoke in two meetings every day for six days, in the morning and in the afternoon, in the assembly hall of the Turkish Grand National Assembly on 15-20 October 1927, and the entire Speech was read in 36 hours and 31 minutes.

The speech was published by the Ministry of Culture Publishing House as a book of approximately 900 pages. Speech is the most fundamental 'official source of history' of the Republic of Turkey for that period.
