Scholarships

TED Bodrum College grants scholarships and applies discounts under the “Internal Regulation on Scholarship and Discount Practices” scheme approved by TED Headquarters.

> Full Education Scholarship (TEB)

The Turkish Education Association grants scholarships to students whose financial means are limited and successful since its establishment, based on the understanding of social responsibility due to its Articles of Association and being a non-governmental organization. Students who are entitled to receive scholarships are covered for their tuition, book-storage, food, clothing, service expenses and pocket money. Scholarships initiated at secondary and high school level continue until the end of the university education of the students. Students who are entitled to receive Full Education Scholarship are enrolled in TED Schools in their region during the day, if any, or boarding school in TED Schools with pension.

A student is admitted to the Full Education Scholarship system through a two-stage process, namely a written exam and home visit/interview.

TA candidate who will apply for the TEB Examination:

Must be a citizen of the Republic of Turkey,
Must have a year-end achievement average of 85 or more in the "year-end report card of the completed class" of the student,
Must be in need of financial support in terms of their economic conditions, and be in compliance with their conditions.

Important Note:

1 - Students who continue their education in schools affiliated with the Turkish Education Association will not be able to apply for the exam.

2 - The year-end achievement score in the report card of the class completed by the student should be 85 and above in the 100 system. Students who are below this average will not be enrolled even if they have succeeded in the exam.

3 - In case inconsistent documents are submitted with the information declared in the Application Form during the home visit and interview process, the cancellation of the scholarship right of the student is at the initiative of the Turkish Education Association. The socio-economic conditions of the province where the student lives will be taken into consideration while evaluating the income status. In the stage of determining the students who will receive scholarships, in addition to their compliance with the necessary criteria from the students who scored close to each other in the written exam, the one with lower economic status will be preferred.

4 - Students must submit all information they specify in the application form with official document when requested.

> Achievement Scholarship

Achievement scholarship is awarded during the transition years from primary school to secondary school (4th grade to 5th grade) and from secondary school to high school (8th grade to High School Preparation or 9th grade).

In the transition to the 5th grade, students who enter the first five degrees in the School Admission Examination organized by our school are given success scholarships at different rates.

In the transition to High School Preparatory Class or 9th grade, students who pass the Entrance to School and Scholarship Examination or LGS organized by our school are given success scholarships at different rates.
